RSVP ASAP
The first zone meeting will be next Monday. As I need to give the
restaurant a count by Friday, I would appreciate a response as soon as
possible. Last year’s meeting was successful because the attendance was so
good.
As I do not have the list yet of the new presidents and secretaries, if
you no longer hold this position would you please pass it on to the
appropriate person. Again, you know how important a good turnout is to the
success of a productive meeting.
If you have any information or concern you would like addressed that
evening please forward it to me or PDG Doug do that we can put it on the
agenda. I look forward to seeing all of you on Monday.
